In 2001, our family moved to Plaquemines Parish and established Sigfredo Construction. What began as a framing business quickly evolved into one of the area's most respected high-end residential builders, known for exceptional quality and unwavering integrity.

By 2017, as we began building homes to sell, it made sense to establish our own real estate brokerage. Soriano Realty was born not just to handle our own properties, but to offer the same trusted, quality service to our neighbors throughout Plaquemines Parish.

Today, Soriano Realty combines decades of construction expertise with genuine local knowledge. We've built duplexes, triplexes, and custom homes throughout the parish. We understand property value from the foundation up—literally.

    Mayelen established Soriano Realty in 2017 after years of building exceptional homes through Sigfredo Construction. As owner of Soriano Realty and part of the Sigfredo Construction family, she brings a commitment to excellence to every transaction and property management relationship.As a licensed broker, Mayelen specializes in property management and oversees all aspects of Soriano Realty's operations, ensuring every client receives the same commitment to excellence that has made the family's construction business a trusted name in the community.


  • Licensed Real Estate Agent

    Lorianny brings attention to detail and genuine care to every client relationship. With a background in hospitality and service management she discovered her passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. As a bilingual agent (English/Spanish), Lorianny serves clients throughout the Greater New Orleans area, Jefferson Parish, and surrounding communities. Her approach combines professional expertise with personal dedication, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their real estate journey. When she's not helping clients, Lorianny enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
